I can't come in Tombet

Every character with Tombet as starting land has the same problem.
Game is "freezed" at loading screen and don't want to let me in map.
After clicking ESC option menu showed itself and if I click change character Tombet shows itself for about 2 seconds and that's it.
I tried to go first another map and then Tombet. Then I didn't get any loading screen. Instead of it i saw just a land and can't move.
I end up in main menu and have to stay on every other map instead of this one.
