I submitted a dropbox containing a preset (Living Fossil) that ❀ Jessaira ❀ made for me, about a month or so ago. I was just curious if it was received? I'd really like to see it in the next (upcoming) update, if possible! I understand things have been busy, so I feel kinda guilty for asking, but I'm just curious if the dropbox containing the files was received, as I haven't gotten an email about the price and such.

❀ Jessaira ❀ Updating the customizer won't affect the presets in-game so don't worry.

Deeno have you owned an open preset slot before sending the preset in?
If not I recommend buying premium/the slot first, then try to re-send the preset to dropbox one more time.

Premium membership(with slot included) costs 20$ and extra preset slots cost 20$ each.
If you have trouble buying premium please PM me.

Presets are added with big updates, the updates in the past month were more of a "test". How was the archive called? I'll put a reminder in the staff chat in case B forgot.
