you go to the right of the preset menu, click on the body tab that's above where you copy and paste the image links, and then switch it to either tail or ears, though they can still show up at the same time and such

and then you just copy and paste the direct image link of the ears or tails into the texture loader and the tail or ears should show up at the same time as everything else

the tribal markings and his eyes glow in the dark, as well
