You may think I misspelled penguins, don't you? Well, you'd be wrong if you thought so!
Pangolins
Before I get into why I posted this thread about pangolins, let me address a few questions I'm sure many of you are wondering.
What are pangolins?
Pangolins, also known as "scaly anteaters," are unique mammals. In fact, they are so unique the have an entire mammal order to them selves. They are part of the Pholidota order. While many people compare them to armadillos or anteaters, these goofy lookin' critters are nothing like Pangolins. They are about the size of an average house cat and their body is covered in scales made out of thick keratin to protect them from enemies.
Pangolins are nocturnal and solitary animals, so do not expect to see them out and about very often.
Where can I find Pangolins?
The majority of the pangolin population is located in Asia and Africa.
How can I find out more about Pangolins?
