The Rocks..?

Heyyy isn't that the creature you see and talk to when you die? :0 It does look kind of like some of the faces on the stones, especially those ones from Tombet with the upturned horns/ears and the raindrop-striped cheeks.

Maybe the stones are sort of representative of ancestors who have passed on, sort of like an ancestral shrine or burial site marker or something? 
The flowers around them sort of remind me of flowers planted on a grave, too 

They could also be representative of different spirits or deities, maybe acting like little shrines or places to pay respects to those beings ^-^
