everyone has a set of colors they pick for their characters when making them. what are yours?

for example i do a lot of black + white + gray characters

i like white manes

i like yellow, gold, orange/red eyes a lot too

claws i usually make a light color or a light gray

rn most of my (off cs) characters are black(or off-black, i suppose)and/or white with brightly colored eyes/brightly colored small markings.
Or I make them nice brownish/tan/cream colors.

I think red/pinkish-red is the color i use most for eyes, and then blue, then after that is yellow.

Mine are almost always natural/semi-natural colors, My lions {Aka Toast} are all lion colors like tan and/or brown. My Canis characters are usually brown or black with a series of grey shades kind of like Mock. I don't make many characters so I'm going off my main OCs {Who are in game}.

Otherwise I like to use a Maltese blue, peaches or like an almost pink color for the base pelt. Usually comes out looking okay.

I tend to enjoy mixtures of a dark brownish-red mingled with barely lighter browns or grey to give the markings more so a sense of blending than standing out.

My characters will look way better when the color glitch fixes itself; my grey/reds go brighter than they should be.

Most of my characters end up being some shade of blue or green. I like starting with either a very dark or very light base and contrasting from that with various shades of either the same color or complementary colors.
Even if I try starting with a different color it almost inevitably ends up blue or green in the end xD

In a lot of my recent artworks, I /try/ to make my pieces more vibrant but still go together without being too much, so I end up going for different colour theme's for each character bc I got stories for all of them ;'D
Except Delphi, she's the only one without an "official" story yet, plus she my new main Suri bab and i absolutely adore her <33

natural ocs usually are a soft blend of a fawn colour or some kind of brown with white mixed in.
but ive recently been trying to go for new mixes of more natural pinks and even blues and darker browns!
