TRUTH or DARE!! (CS Addition)

Rules:
-Tag a user and ask them Truth or dare. If they don't want to participate they can say "Neither" and not have to join.
-If the user you tagged answers Truth, they have to answer a question you ask truthfully, no matter how embarrassing the question is. Only guidelines for these are to follow the forum rules.
-If the user you tagged answers Dare, you get to dare them to do something in-game or on the forum. Once again the CS and forum rules apply.
-If the user does not want to do a truth or dare you give them, you may offer them up to two extra truths or dares to choose from.
-Once a user does their truth/dare, they get to pick a new user to tag!
