He's basically an undead/mummy-esque felis, who's covered in sand and scales (his eyes always glow)! Feel free to go wild with the expression and whatnot; he's pretty menacing and haunting though (being undead has its perks)

The inside of his mouth is grey and leathery and filled with sand from being (un)dead, and it constantly falls out whenever he opens his mouth or talks, so if you want maybe you could do something with that?
