Uhh I think I would pick breathe underwater since I'm very scared of swimming so that would help. (also I'm scared of heights so ,,no'' to wings)

PLEASE NOTE: immortality means that you will outlive everything, and everyone. when humanity falls, you will be alive to see another creature rise, and their fall, and when the universe ends you'll just b chilling out forever in eternal pain BUT DUDE U CAN SHAPESHIFT so technically you'll eventually learn the languages of every single living thing that will ever walk the face of this earth (human & animal languages)

id say halloween bc even if it is christmas everyday, people arent gonna give ya stuff every single day ya know they would stop doing it after a while, but if it was halloween everyday, u could choose to go trick or treating whenever u wanted idk
