One thing I can recommend in order to help your background practice is that as things go farther into the distance, they should be smaller, less detailed, and also lighter, as the atmosphere bleeds onto distant objects. YOu pretty much have the basic concept down, and it looks fantastic. That last hill on the horizon should just have had some smaller grass blades and that would have given more of an illusion of depth.
