There is an issue where the game will only show a grey screen.
Try updating your Video Card Drivers to see if it will fix this issue.

Windows Vista or 7 Users:
Start > Type "Device Manager" into the Search Box > Click on the Device Manager Option You should see a list of things, so now:
Look for "Display Adapters" > Click on it It should show a name like: NVIDIA, AMD, Intel etc. So now:
Right Click on the Name > Update Driver Software > "Search Automatically for updated driver software" Follow any on screen prompts, it will tell you if updates were found or not.
Windows 8 Users:
Swipe Right on the Screen > Type "Device Manager" into the Search Box > Click on the Device Manager Option You should see a list of things, so now:
