We will no longer accept the "My sister/brother/sibling made an account" excuse. You will have to wait for your "sibling"'s account to age up if you wish to play by making the mistake of letting someone else on your computer. If you cannot keep someone else from your personal computer then you have no ability to protect your own account from someone else either, and their actions can lead to you being banned. Therefore, you will have to wait until the age of the other person is valid. Thank you.

Staff have been getting a LOT of threads and messages as of late regarding getting locked out of your account for being under 13, when the person claims to be over 13. Here's the resolution:
We will NO longer be answering or responding to messages asking for help because their account is underage.
Why? Because 99% of the time, that person's lying. There are only two reasons the game could lock you out for being underage - one, when registering, you put in an age under 13. Two, you previously made an account aged under 13, and tried making a NEW account over 13 so you could get around the restriction and into the game. Turns out that the game tracks the accounts you've made on a computer, so if the first account you made is underaged, it will count all the new ones as underaged as well. The game's database literally does the math, so there's NO possible way it could mess up.
Not only is this a CS rule explicitly stated on the downloads page AND in the forum rules, but it's literally a US law. I'm sorry, but if you're under 13, you need to wait until you're old enough. There are plenty of other animal mmos you can play.
