Rising's Designs[Lots of Images]

It took me days to figure out a good enough design for the dragon... I ended up using an image as a base for it while using the Pen tool.

Uhm...? Actually... you are very mistaken. It IS mine. Yes, I traced something, but if you look around, there are a lot of things in Graphic Design composed of pre-existing images. Image manipulation is just the same as making an image of your own. Look it up. I took a class that informed me of all of the rules, every regulation. "A work is “transformative” when the copyrighted material is “transformed in the creation of new information, new aesthetics, new insights and understanding.” In contrast, a work is not transformative if it merely uses the copyrighted material in the same way or with the same effect as the original work." So please. Before you accuse me of theft, do your research. And it is a very big deal. I put watermarks on that image because even if they change it, it won't look nearly as nice, and it will obviously be stolen.
