hello!

the presets with the locked icons mean they are personal presets, thus only 1 person can access it. if you see 'red merchant,' that's my personal character that is only unlockable for the account 'Cyprin.'

unless they have the arrow and buy option, you'll be unable to get the said-preset

however if ya want a personal preset like the locked ones, you have to buy a preset slot, or premium for $20 dollars,
and either ya make the preset and have someone for ya to do so

tho for ya friend does she know what preset she bought? when you do buy one you 'apply to character,' and go to said-character applied on and edit so the preset sets on properly (doesn't show on the edit screen but will show on the tab once done that)
