Norgi's Garden Project

On the 22nd July I have lost my best friend and soulmate; a beautiful 2 year old kitten by the name Norgi. She was always there for me to wipe my tears, and we both always looked forward to our playtime together. She was a loving kitten and she has a special place in my heart, and so I decided to bring out her memory and make her live through....flowers.
My plan is to create a small paradise where my kitten is buried so that every time I look at the flowers it'll remind me of her beauty and of each of the beautiful memories we have made. Each season I will have different flowers to sow or plant so that it keeps my mind busy. I will also be putting up a 10cm fence around the plot of land so that the cats don't trample the flowers haha. I'll be slowly getting this plan into action starting this Autumn.

- Pink rose
- Peony
- Hydrangea
- Gladiola
- Carnation (white)
- Larkspur
- Orchid
- Pansies
Each of these flowers represent friendship, healing and remembrance as well as delicate beauty and beautiful spirit.
The dream catcher tree will be the magnolia tree, that I have had planted for 2 years now (which is how old Norgi was when she passed away), filled with hand made dream catchers. They'll be wooden and will act like windchimes too!

I thought I'd share this with you and ask if you guys have any ideas so that I can really make this pretty. I even have a magnolia tree growing there so during spring it'll be so beautiful. Right now this autumn I will make a love heart out of pansies for her and I'll be sure to show you guys the outcome!
