You're not dumb, it does get pretty confusing The bottom left are teeth, and the other one is the roof of the mouth and under the tongue

But I have a question does opacity matter? Like if I have a full solid brush will it get rid of the fur texture?

Could I see an example of a coloured one so I know how accurate I need to be?

I think it would be best achieved through using the Customizer; if it doesn't look to your liking you can keep "applying it" by saving the picture you're working on and hitting the button the "apply texture" button. It will pause for a moment and the changes will then be visible! I hope that makes sense...

I found working on the eyes was easiest through trial and error since I don't think there is a dedicated eye UV (at least not yet anyway...)
