It was like the sky ripped in half, showering us with years of rain at once. The felis were the most affected by that, but no one was safe...
The rain kept on going, day after day, with no signs of stopping. The humidity sipped through the ground and into the deepest caverns. We had nowhere to hide.
Some accepted it, some tried desperately to find some kind of shelter, only to discover that it was a lost battle. And deep down, in our hearts, we knew. We all knew.
