Alright, Since I somewhat figured these out and I've seen a lot of people struggle with understanding these, let's start with spoilers.
The basic code is as follows.
The forward slash sort of shows the ending of the code, As you can see, code is always in "[]" things. Don't remember what they're called, sorry. The slash is usually the ending part, like "[/b]" would be the ending of bold text like this. The code for it is simple as well.
The same process applies for italic, underlined, and strikethrough text. the difference is the letter placed in the code itself
Fun stuff like color and font is easier to understand as well once it's broken down. Take my usual post text for example...
Now, The first part of the code controls the color of the font by hex codes. That nice six-digit code can be changed to become any color you want! Hex code makers are easy to come across (There's even one on this forum ready to be used), or you can even use the color of one of your CS animals for your text color!
The second part controls the size of the font. The largest size is 7, and the smallest is 1.
This is 1, This is 2, This is 3, This is 4 (The size I use), This is 5, This is 6, This is 7.
All you would need to do to change the size of the font like I did is replace the number in parentheses. For instance, replace the "4" with "6" for a bigger font. Simple, Huh? :3 The next piece if the font. I myself use MS gothic for all my posts. The faces that can be used here are Windows fonts, and simple to use. Just replace the Ms gothic with another font name.
Thanks for reading my explanation of BBcodes. If you'd like to see any more of this explained, I'm slowly learning and playing with these codes on my own and moving into more advanced codes. This post might be updated as I learn how to explain these simply. For now, Enjoy my explanation of BBcodes. ^v^''
