H E L L OIf it was never immediately obvious by my avatar and signature, I love detailing eyes in my works. This goes for presets, eye texture submissions, and everything in between.
The first step in any messing-around-with the files of CS involves
learning how the hell everything is placed omg
It didn't take long to learn that messing with the texture files had a habit of being touchy, in terms of how it works and where everything should be placed to make it look nice. After a few hours of experimentation, I have done just that with all three current species' eyes, and decided to post them here to help others.
This includes a sclera, iris, pupil and (optional) shading placement.
Feel free to use these for your own presets, or even eye design submissions to see in game!
These are not eye textures.
They are guides to help you with placement when you draw your /own/ textures;
-Download them
- Draw over them
- Adjust proportions as you see fit
Don't worry about crediting me if you don't like, but mentions will help spread this guide around to others who don't check this section of the forums too often.
