Player Rights vs Staff

We have some new staff and while we training can only do so much- being out on the field and trying to moderate without limits can be tough, it's a learning experience for everyone and we want to be fair and do the best.
We had issues with the past staff putting their own needs above the needs of you players, and you guys will always be more important than any member of the staff team. You should feel safe and happy to be here in game- and have at least one staff member you feel comfortable with!
Everybody makes mistakes, so I've listed some things that you can do if you find yourself in a predicament.
Ask for evidence.
If you're a repeat offender we usually keep logs of things you've done with screenshots, dates and more. We're very precise about keeping these logs so we should be able to reproduce them just fine. The only instance in which we cannot show you evidence is when they were presented to us by someone who wants to remain anonymous. We can't show you logs that have users who requested not to be shown. Often times we have whisper conversations with these users sitting in the logs too, so we can't give those to you.
Request another staff member.
If you're in the process of being punished or you believe you are being treated unfairly you can ask that another member of our staff team be present. You should request an admin or global mod, but whoever you want to invite works so long as they're online and can join. Typically we will already be aware of the situation, we make regular posts in our staff discord channel of possible issues.
Request a refund.
If the actions of the staff or your consequences lead you to want to refund your purchases of Premium, presets, slots, etc. Then you can absolutely do so. We refund premium to members who get banned, but we can refund for any reason.
Report a staff member.
If you experience secondhand a staff member committing acts you're unsure of, feel free to send a message to another member of staff about it. Screenshots would be helpful- but if you don't have any, listing other users who may have also seen something would help.
Request follow-up.
If you've made a report about another user or staff member and you're curious to know if action was taken, we can inform you of what was done. We SHOULD be telling you guys if we did something, but in the off-chance we didn't, you can ask.
