When patchers don't work

The patcher had... issues.
Yesterday I used it to downgrade from 1.9.1.5 to 1.9.0 but since I have a metered connection I stopped it when it wanted to download a 1.9GB file - that would be larger than old method for downloading the game, and I also needed the bandwith.
I later resumed the patcher. However, it apparently does not recognize that a file was not completely or incorrectly downloaded so some things got a bit messed up.
Anywho. This is the result from my patching adventures.
The main screen. Something seems a bit off.
Spooky static loading screen.
My character has become undead.
Might as well be dead together with the ghost in Veal. I have also acquired the ability the levitate up side down.
