Heyo! I just wanna start off by saying that I'm not the best artist in the world as I'm still currently learning and whatnot so none of these are gonna be the most amazing masterpieces of our time or anything. I currently attend the wonderful art school of YouTube, maybe not the best place to learn but it got me this far.
So behold, the not so amazing but not so terrible artworks of a bored/broke/lazy/sleepy hobbyist!
(P.S. If anyone would like me to draw them something for free, don't hesitate to hit me up. I need something to do, and drawing things for people really boosts my motivation. )
(P.S. I draw on really, really big canvases bc I'm trying to loosen up my sketches and all of that great stuff. The size is like 4500 by 3500. I don't know how it'll show up here, hopefully it won't be too bad. lol)
#1. This is the first drawing I've ever done with a background. I'm honestly really, really proud of it tbh. Ish mah bby.

#2. This next one was inspired by how well I did on the picture above and a song that I really like called Mountains by Message to Bears. I don't really like how little the mountains seem in this image, but I'm still happy with how the character turned out. lol

#3. I used to rp a lot when the FF forums were thriving with rabid Warriors fans. I had a character named Dewberry that was in MistyClan, I think, and I drew a picture of her. I absolutely love how this picture turned out. I need to put more details in the trees that I draw, though, learn how to draw different types of trees. My backgrounds look a bit repetitive bc of how similar everything is like character placement, trees, background set-up. So, I'll have to keep trying to work with that.
#4. This was another character drawing I did, and possibly the one that took the longest. I kept making so many mistakes bc of how oddly difficult drawing snow is for me. Plus, I use FireAplaca which can be really frustrating sometimes when trying to do slightly complicated things, and my layers got all jacked up and I had to try and work with it the best I could.
#5. This is a drawing of a character I adopted from some random person on insta. As you can tell it's a bit of an experiment drawing, which is why I like it so much. I did mess up on a few things like the white lines around the character (which you can thank the magic wand tool for) and the weird transparent spots on the triangle.
#6. This is another character drawing I did, but this one has no background to it. Note, this drawing was made a few days before my inspiration crashed and burned. I have a habit of pumping out a shite ton of drawings whenever I get the slightest spark of inspiration within me, and then totally burning out bc of it. All of these drawings were drawn in the span of two or three days. lol Messed up on this one too bc of layer issues.
#7. Okay, imma start off by saying, I don't do realism. lol But no matter how much I don't like this drawing it has a really special place in my heart.
There is a band called Mother Mother that I absolutely adore, and this is a portrait of one the of band members, Molly. It's the first piece of fanart I've ever made and posted on instagram. Not only that, but she commented on it saying "Very cool. " Doesn't seem like much, but at the time I coulda swore it was the best thing anyone had ever said to me. lmao
#8. This was done for an art competition, which I lost. lol There's a reference sheet, but I can't find it rn.
#9. This is the very last thing that I posted before I hit my artist block/burnout. I was trying to design a character, and I didn't know what style I wanted to go with. So I let the wonderful people of the interweb pick for me.
#10. I finally crawled my way out of my block(for a day), and forced myself to design the character.
#11. Crawled back into my hole for three weeks, and finally came back out. I got around to drawing my avatar and my siggy yesterday morning.
